How to Use

1. Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Hot water can strip the hair of its natural oils and irritate the scalp, so it's best to use lukewarm water.
2. Apply a small amount of foliage shampoo to the palms of your hands and rub them together to create a lather.
3. Massage the shampoo into your scalp, using your fingertips to gently scrub in circular motions. 
4. Rinse the shampoo out of your hair thoroughly, using lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, as this can strip the hair of its natural oils and further irritate the scalp.
5. Follow up with a conditioner if desired, focusing on the ends of your hair and avoiding the scalp to prevent weighing down the hair.
6. Rinse the conditioner out of your hair thoroughly, using lukewarm water.
7. Gently blot your hair with a towel to remove excess water. Avoid rubbing your hair with the towel, as this can cause tangles and breakage.
